Purchase an egg share to compliment your weekly vegetable shares! Enjoy some of WNY’s finest brown eggs. We partner directly with Ed’s Eggs in Corfu, NY to bring you this “add on,”

Vegetable Share members can enjoy one dozen eggs weekly with this purchase, multiple shares can be added. These eggs are individually hand collected, washed, and packed by Ed himself with great care and passion, we have seen first hand that his hens are well cared for in a healthy and sustainable environment.

We truly believe we have found the best egg for our members. An egg share can be purchased as a 5 week add on to a spring or fall share membership as well as for the 18-week summer vegetable and fruit shares or bi-weekly share purchase.

 2025 Egg Share Pick Up Times correspond with regular CSA pick up hours:

Tuesdays 1:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Thursdays 1:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.

2025 CSA Seasons:

Spring Share: May 6th – June 19th
Summer Share: June 24th – October 23rd

Summer Flower Share: July 22nd – September 25th
Fall Share: November 4th – December 11th (Break Thanksgiving Week)
